The Iberian pork lomo Joselito is elaborated in an artisan manner with Iberian pork, paprika and salt without any addiction of preservatives or chemical additives. The Iberian lomo Joselito spends a period of more than 3 months in cellars in the Spanish village of Guijuelo. It is a cured meat that pairs with Rioja red wines or Ribera del Duero young wines.
